Grouper/KeyWests and SHARKS...
We headed out first for some bottom wreck fishing and the bite was constant with porgies , snapper and some decent Red Groupers mixed in ... after ripping our daiwa BG's up for an hour we decided to switch it up and do some Sharkin'!
Well , we had 5 Sharks on before 1 o'clock lunch at "TheReef". 3 we got to the boat and finished off with a Big one on that busted a 10/0 Demon hook in half doing a backflip off the back of the boat ... pure Epic . Sharkfishing will be getting more and more intense for June , July into late September with high water temps and a lot of Tarpon showing up... should be Jawsome for sure.
Spanish Macks and Kings were all over the Skyway also and we picked a few macks up for Fun ... bring on the June dates ... can't wait ...
